I am doing the base run plan that I found on the NYC marathon website.  4-4-4-off-10-3-off.  I will start increasing mileage the week of Sept 15.

Woohoo!  I am so glad to finally have my computer back up and running!  I did a 1 hour kick-boxing class, 1 hour of strength training for arms and back, and 30 minutes of ping pong!   Haha, it was fun!  --Deanna  :)
