I was pressed for time last night, but I did go out for 20 minutes and do 1.6 miles.  I felt great.  I need to bottle that feeling and take a whiff of it every time I feel the urge to blow off a workout.

Thanks for being here.

That is great at least you went and did what you could in the time you had.  Now just keep it up.  I know how I feel when I don't go to the gym and when I do go. My husband tells me to get my butt there if I haven't been in a couple of days.  I guess I'm a little cranky HAHA.

Good for you, Jenny!

A short workout is better any day than none.  You did great getting out and going!

way to go! whenever I am whining my dh always suggests that I just do "10 minutes" since it is better than nothing. I always wind up doing more than 10 minutes but it is a good way to get moving

congrats!

Jenny,

It is so true, it always feels great when you get the workout in.  I had the same experience last night, I really didn't feel like working out and if I didn't have an appointment with my trainer I probably would have headed home to the couch.  I ended up having a great workout and felt so much better after it.

Congrats on getting your workout in even when you were pressed for time!
