My body hates me this week, but I"m not really being as nice to it as I should, either.

I need to get the hang of going to bed early enough to get up early enough to get my workouts in before heading off to class.  Only made it in time for 2.5 miles this morning.  I'll be heading to the gym for a 4:30 spin class once I get some reading done, and I may get on a tread if I have time.  Still need to try getting the lawn mowed today as well.

So, I went back for my spin class and brought my running shoes also.  Had a great class, then, surprise, surprise, had a FANTASTIC run!  I love it when it feels good!

Still no lawn done, but there's always tomorrow.  I'll take a good run over mowing the lawn any day!

2 mile run, following by 45 min weight session with my training, followed by a 2 mile run.  I really didn't want to work out, so I was glad to have the appointment with my trainer.  It was a great workout and I felt so much better afterwards!

Soft muscle massage to start the day.
5-mile run in the evening.  (My physical therapist told me not to do the 8 1/2 mile run since I should be tapering for Sunday).
