Easy 2 mile run

Weight-Shoulder and Abs.

This Sunday is the Disney 1/2 marathon!!!

I didn't get up early enough to do anything but a 3-mile recovery run.  School started for me today and I have 8:00 classes every day of the week!  Time to get my act together again and do some advanced planning and meal-making...

2 mile walk with the kiddos earlier in the day and then water aerobics this evening, whew! We did water weights tonight and arms are really feeling it. Whew!
