55 Pounds and A Revelation!
I can't believe how fast the weight is melting off now, yay! Tonight is our 10 year anniversary so we are celebrating it with a night on the town and then a movie afterwards.
Last night I was sitting on the couch feeling grumpy b/c I was not able to make it to the gym b/c Hubby had to work late when I thought WTH am I doing!?!?
I got down on the floor and did a few crunches, then leg lifts and walking in place. I felt 100% better and now realize that even if I can't make the gym I can still make the effort to move!
I can't believe, and I'm ashamed to admit this that before surgery I loathed bending over to pick it up, I would find a way for the kids to do it for me.....and now I do it happily. It doesn't hurt or feel bad anymore, I actually feel better because of it.
