upper stomach 'pooch'

Hi all,

I have a question (or situation) I am hoping to get some help with. Since losing 100 pounds I have noticed I have this 'pooch' in the area above my belly button. It doesn't appear to be loose skin, it looks like some fat has settled here. It's kind of like a fat roll, but it doesn't cover my whole stomach. It's just a 'ppoch' as I call it! I am not liking this one bit! I am trying not to be vain, but my stomach would look so good w/o this! How it stands, I still can't wear a bathing suit or fitted shirt - just too concious of it. Has anyone else had this, and if so, did it go away with losing more weight? Exercise? What exercise can I do to target this area? I have been doing crunches, I walk/run, and am very active.  Thanks for reading and responding. Suz

I feel ya on the pooch. I call it my muffin top. @189 lbs, if that was gone I would be happy. I wouldnt even want to lose anymore weight, just the pooch. I do cruches and havent seen a difference. I did hear from a few, thats the last place we lose. Who knows?
