Thursday Training
To keep our training interesting, my running partner and I decided to do hill repeats today. After a mile warm-up, we charged up a nice steep 200 meter hill six times, walking down the hill between each set. That 6th repeat was a killer.

Took a break tonight and did some speed cycling outside (40-miles) with a group of ten riders. Finished in under 2-hours and didn't get hit by any cars. Not a bad day! Since I was with a group of fast riders, I was able to draft about half the ride, so I had plenty of energy left to go all out the last 5-mile of hills. I needed this after my bad run on Wednesday.
