Amazing!

I hate having to wait until Hubby gets home to work out but until then I have a Doctor's appointment for myself and then Physical Therapy for our baby.

That in itself and toting around a 1 and 2 year old will burn some calories until I can go tonight. LOL!

Scott,

I did a 1000 yard OWS, followed by a 4 mile run. Feeling good and strong for my triathlon next weekend..

Hey Guys,

My workout was a brick - 50 min spin then 4-mile run at 0.5% incline, 6.9 mph.

Maybe some speed work will be a good idea for tomorrow...

3 miles at a nice easy pace. Hopefully will get the family out for a walk/jog or swim tonight as well.

I ran today - just about 2 miles - not exactly sure of the course and did n't drive it yet to confirm.  Had to stop b/c of knee pain - see my knee pain advice post...

Today was a 10K run with an average pace of 9:15.  Gotta love these 72-degree runs.

Awesome repeats Scott!

4.5 miles in 48:32 that included some rather steep hills and long slow incline up on the back half of the run, so not a bad time.  Quads felt ok, not as taxed today.

Also did some weight lifting focus on chest/triceps at the gym prior to the run

I'm home from the gym!!!

I started the Cool Runnings Couch to Running Program tonight and did my first 20 minute interval which equaled 1.03 miles

Then I did 3.90 on the stationary bike working 2 minute intervals on each level through level 10.

Then I walked the perimeter of the gym 3x which equaled 1 mile so all togther I did 5.93 miles, woot!

It's a major start for me, I can feel the burn tonight and I am really looking forward to my water aerobics class tomorrow night, yee-haw!
