Friday Exercise

TGIF once again!

I had a pretty light workout today.  I did my Tai Chi Chih class then 1000 yd swim before going to work.  Long run is tomorrow, a day early, so I hope I'm rested enough.

I did my regular weekly class. It is a great workout. A full hour of step with weights. It keeps my heart rate up to 150-160, then I use 5 pds for about 1/2 hour then we switch to a bar which is 12 pds. Excellent workout.
