Don't know how we missed this today, but here goes:
For me it was a 5-mile run. First 4 miles at 0.5% incline and 6.9, next half at 7.0, last half at 7.1. Then it was on to the machines for upper body strength training.
I got a crappy 5 mile bike ride. I headed off for the gym with my bike and when I got there I realized I had forgotten the key to the bike lock. Turned around and went home.
I hate it when that happens.
