I did a easy 2 mile run today!! I did'nt even use my stopwatch. I just wanted to run slow try to recover from my legs feeling tired and beat up!!

Weights-Abs, Chest and Back!!!

Brick workout for me.  50-min spin class followed by 4 mile run (7.0 mph, 0.5% incline).  I was surprised it felt good to do since I didn't sleep well last night.  Guess you never can tell...

Ran 7.5 miles outside tonight, and then iced my knee for 1/2 hour.  I'm tired...  But at least the humidity was way down today.

4.5 mile run in just under 48 min.  Legs felt pretty good today, getting back into shape.
