Since it's the new week starting, what's on our dockets?

Mine was a 3-mile run (0.5% incline, average 7.0 mph) followed by upper body strength training.

8 mile bike ride.  I ran out of time again for the 10 mile again.  I really need to try to get an earlier start but it's hard to coordinate time between work and when I need to pick up my daughter from daycare.  Morning workouts for single moms w/little kids = nigh impossible!

Got in 3.8 miles today, but I felt like quite a slug.  I could barely move today.

The first time you do something - It's going to be a personal record!

60-minute spinning class.  Followed-up with some lat and chest work.  My son joined me today at the gym although he goes through his own workout (first day of stopping smoking for him).

I took a 1 hour kick-boxing class this morning.  Then this evening I went back and did my 1 hour upper body weight lifting program followed by 10 minutes on the elliptical.  --Deanna  :)

I rode my bike for 3.18 miles.  No running for me this week... resting my ankle.

Without struggle, there is no progress.
