Well, I managed to drag my butt out of bed early and went for a 6 mile run!  I was not at all enthused about it but I did manage to get it done so that makes me happy!  --Deanna  :)

Great job getting out and doing it!

We had to get up at 4am to get hubby off to work again, so when I got back from the airport I managed to go back to sleep for about an hour, but it was TOUGH waking up after that.  I didn't get to the gym as early as I'd like (I like to get there before the 9:15 spin class starts so I can listen to the music for a full hour) but managed to get in my 10 miles anyway.  I did most of it at 6.8 mph, and once I got control of the good fan, the last 5 miles seemed almost easy!

Well, we had a thunderstorm tonight and the temperature dropped about 10 degrees, so I headed outside for a 3-mile run.  It was still a little humid but it felt pretty good.

Following the Half Marathon training plan. I had to do 9 miles today. Well much to my surprise, I completed even though it was really slow. I even did it while at work, which I hate to do. I guess I am trying to follow the plan exactly..

I am feeling a big change in my exercising, and have big expectations for my upcoming triathlon.
