Friday Workouts

Hey all!

I'm exhausted from working late on our house this week, but still managed my 4 miles today.  The third day in a row is always hard for me.  No incline today, but did the first 3.5 at 6.9 and the last half mile at 7.0.

Now we get to play!

I was going to wimp out today and relax, but you made me feel guilty so I'm going to go out for a 6-mile run  (not at your speed, but just to get in the distance)!  Have a great weekend.
Well, what I actually did was ran 8 1/2 miles.  I'm embarrased to say I ran through some neightborhoods and couldn't find my way out.  This is definitely one of the downsides of running outside vs. the treadmill.  You can't get lost on the treadmill.  But it was good run, just under 93-minutes.

Gotta run today.
I have had lots of excuses the last 3 days, and not a single one today.
Probably work on my speed drills.
Saturday or Sunday will be my longer run.

3.25 mile run/walk today.  I wanted to make it four but my shin started hurting on the last lap so I called it quits.  I got time to work up to more.
