I did a brick this morning.  50-miunute spin class, 4-mile run.  Did miles 2 and 4 with 0.5% incline and finished the last quarter mile at 7.0.

Adding the incline isn't easy, so I'm trying to do it little by little so I can maintain my speeds but then use the incline all the time.

Lunch is over, time to help hubby with more work.

I plan on doing 3.75 miles tonight.  I can't wait to get out of work and run - it is also in the low 80's in Jersey

Edited to add that I did do my run - What a pleasure to run when it isn't 100% humidity - LOL!!
