Wednesday exercise ...

Okay, I guess I'll start the thread for today!!!  Today for me was kick-boxing class, 1 hour strength training on lower body, 20 minute intervals on the treadmill.  What did you do today???  --Deanna  :)

I did work, 9 holes of golf (best score todate 54 strokes), did a exercise/weightloss phone conference thing withJermey Gentles and a handful of others with questions from 7 to 8:25 pm EST, then did a run workout (1 mi warmup jog; 8 laps interval training - walk 40 yds, jog 200 yds, sprint 220 yds; jog 1 mile home cool-down).  I should sleep tonight.....

I did a 10K on the treadmill also

Actually did nothing last night.  I think I was saving my energy in case we had to row away from the torrential dowpour.

4 mile run for me on Wednesday.

4-mile run for me.  Used 6.9 mph the first 3.5 miles then up to 7.0 for the last half.  Also added 0.5% incline for the last mile.

Then went home and did more work on the house.

ok, so I've been doing the work, but not the posting :)

but I have been walking the 5k this week (except tuesday)  with spurts of running....but its mostly walking....apparently I am building back up.

I also need to tone my arms...as my friend so graciously pointed out....to which I promptly smacked him. 

p.s.  did you get this months issue of runners world?  I feel like its been awhile since I've gotten one.  but maybe I'm overzealous.

Hey girl!  Great job getting your walking/running in!!!  I know what you mean about toning your arms ... I started lifting weights again because the sag was coming back and looking worse than ever!  I haven't gotten a Runners World in what seems like FOREVER!  Where the heck is it???  --Deanna  :)
