WLS Specific Gym

Does anyone know of a gym specifically designed for weight loss surgery patients?  I am writing an article and need some input from the community.

To my knowledge there is no gym/health club of this sort in regards to chain clubs. I have my doubts about whether this would be a viable business model.

The only WLS specific gyms I can really think of would be those associated with bariatric surgical practices.

Although there are not any specific weight surgery gyms in our area (DE-PA), many of the surgeons have established relationships with gyms and personal trainers for their patients.  Some of the personal trainers are RNY patients who have gotten their accredidation, but most just work with the surgeons to establish healthy workout plans.
