weights and running - part 2

 So, I did my 10 mile run yesterday after not doing legs on Thursday night.  It made all the difference!  While it was still a brutal run due to the heat, I did not find my quads to be as tired as they have been the last couple of weeks.  Thanks to all for the advice!

Aah, ha!  Good for you.  I'm glad you found your answer.  I am up at 5 tomorrow (or should I say today) to run.  I will sleep again after I take my son to school.

Mary,

I'm glad it worked out for you!  We all know that some days just feel bad, but not EVERY long run.  It would be so hard to do them if they always felt that tough.
