Friday workout!

Got up early this morning since temperatures are suppose to reach 96 degrees today.  Did a 4-mile run at 5am.  So I'm set for the day.  Be safe out there!

I'm on my say to the gym for a 10-miler before we leave town.  There's no other way I'll get a long one in this weekend, and I want to make sure I consistently get the 10 mile runs in even if I miss a shorter one.  Going to try to make it to the Tai Chi class as well (if I finish my run in time).

As it quickly shot over 90 here, I headed into the gym for a 45 minute session on the treadmill.....5.25 miles.  Coming on the heels of the 5-miler I did Thursday evening, I was surprised at how good I felt today.

Heading down to Cape Cod for the weekend, so I hope for good weather for some nice runs while there.
