I have been slacking on exercise.

I could list the various excuses, but its just a bunch of BS...so I'll just say I'm changing it & getting back into the swing of things.

and hope...no, plan....to post here to keep myself accountable.

 Hi,

Good to see you posting!  I've been a slacker on posting lately, work is keeping me way too busy.  We go through phases, as long as you circle back and start moving again it's ok.

Hey Kellee!

My hubby has been home this week and we've been spending lots of time working on the house and I've barely been getting my running in. 

It's not so bad getting back going once you get started again.  Just keep on keepin' on!

Girl, I was wondering where you went to!!!!  Good to see you back here!   I slacked for a couple weeks too and am getting back into the swing of things now.  Just get up each day and tell yourself you are an exerciser and make that choice to do something active that day.  You can do it!!!  --Deanna  :)

It must be something in our weather. I have been working out, but no where near what I was hoping for.

I'm about to register for the GR Marathon, and that should get me motivated.

Also need to start eating better, maybe that would help.
