Thursdays Workout

I rode my bike for 10 miles today . Plus walked 8 miles today. Hope every one has a wonderful weekend.

13 miles.  first half @ 11:15 pace.  Second half at about 15 min pace.  Again, the heat sucked it out of me.  I can't run until I drop my son off at school at 9AM.  By the time I hit the road it is scoarching.

 The heat around here is awful for running!  I'm so glad my long runs start at 7:00am on Saturdays.  I heard it is supposed to be really hot this Saurday, I'm not looking forward to it.

Got up early for spin class.  I was going to run as well, but gave my legs a break and did upper body strength training.  I'll do a long run tomorrow.

4-miles of treadmill running (yuccch!) and an hour of weights.  It was hot and humid outside even at 8pm.  Tomorrow is suppose to be worse!
