I ran 1.92 miles this morning with a 14 min pace. I might go bike riding this evening.
Without struggle, there is no progress.

I jogged 4 mi at 10-10:30 pace and played 9 holes of golf the last two days.  Today I am going to play 9 holes and then work strokes and turns for 3-4 hours at a swim meet this evening.  I plan on another 4 miles jogging tomorrow and a long route Saturday after getting my grass cut.

Thanks for asking/posting and keeping the accountability thing going.  It works on my conscious even when I don't post or get out like I need too.

3 mile run. Picked up the pace a bit. Did it in just under 26 minutes.
