Tuesday workouts

Today was a 3 mile recovery run just to loosen things up from Sunday's 15K race.

I made it to the gym and what a day.  See my "Set Personal Best" post for details. Long story short, I worked on legs today.  :)

45 minute Body Pump Class!!! I always find out how weak my body parts are during this class!! It a great workout!!!

I got up early and did a spin class then a 4-mile run (@6.9).

Then for the rest of the day, I helped my husband dismantle an outside wall on our house and rebuild it (we're doing some major remodeling).  I'm tired now.

Tuesday is a running day for me - I did 3.6 miles.  I am working to increase my distance.  I had ballet class on Monday, and boy are my thighs SORE!!  We are working on grand plies in a wide 2nd position, going down for 8 counts, holding with our hips in line with our knees, then coming up for 8 counts.  Ouch!!  Ballet hurts, but it is awesome - LOL!!     

Seriously, if you can take a ballet class - I totally advise it - what a workout!!

Walked 2 miles at lunch. 

Later at gym walked 1/4 mile ran 3.5 and walked another 1/4 mile for a cool down. 6 miles for the day. Trying to take it easy after 10 mile run Sunday.

I did a 2 mile run.  On Monday evening, I rode my bike for 5.5 miles.
Without struggle, there is no progress.

Banged out a quick treadmill workout at the gym......3.18 miles in 27 minutes (8:28 pace - pretty quick for me! LOL)
