Tuesday workouts
Today was a 3 mile recovery run just to loosen things up from Sunday's 15K race.

Tuesday is a running day for me - I did 3.6 miles. I am working to increase my distance. I had ballet class on Monday, and boy are my thighs SORE!! We are working on grand plies in a wide 2nd position, going down for 8 counts, holding with our hips in line with our knees, then coming up for 8 counts. Ouch!! Ballet hurts, but it is awesome - LOL!!
Seriously, if you can take a ballet class - I totally advise it - what a workout!!
