Nice job, Scott!

I love reading yor reports.  I don't run many 5k's but I'd like to get in the 25 min range.  It's a completely different race than the longer ones and I haven't quite gotten my head around the fact that I don't need to run as long so I really can run faster.  Maybe one day...

Awesome job, Scott!

I did the Take The Lake 5K (Wakefield, MA) yesterday morning and put up a new PR of 26:38.....was hoping to see a 25:XX come up, but I guess I still have that in front of me.
