Still here and still working out and running!! Yippee! (update...)
I've been mixing my workouts up since the 1/2 marathon. It's been a goal to at least do 3 miles (most days) and then I add the bike and other equipment. I also, really enjoy walking 3 miles outside on most days. I'm keeping myself in shape and waiting to gear up again for the full marathon training. By my calender, it should start in August. Yikes! I'm in Texas so it's going to be hot. It looks like I'll be waking up super early to beat the heat. Hope all is well!!!
