Thank you all so much for the encouragement. I think if I could just get started I would get back in the routine. I have done it before but I have never ran. Before my surgery I would have literal dreams about running when I would wake up I would feel myself and know that there would never be a time when I could do that. Now, I know there is but I am so scared to start. There are plenty of excuses but I know that I will never start if I don't start. Its a really nice morning and everyone is asleep. It would be a perfect day to start walking..... I will let you all know. Thanks and God bless, Penni
