Peachtree 10k...got a 3 minute PR on the course...course is more difficult this year as the finish line had to be changed... Still...I missed my goal... I was intervied live at the finishline, so if you have fox sports south, they are re-airing the news at 7PM... Walked a 90 min parade route w/my daughter today. Then I did a 5K on my elliptical this evening.

Did 3 miles that felt more like 5 on a really bad, old treadmill in a room with no ventillation! I was out of town, so I did the best I could with what I had to work with! Linn
