I found 3 logs on microsoft's site pertaining to marathon training.
I found a couple on weight lifting, and a couple on calorie consumption weight loss tracking and nutrition.

Mostly I just use excel and set myself a goal, enter how many miles I have run etc etc.
If you want this, I can send you a copy of it, I just need an email address to send it to.
Just enter your goals, then daily log your miles. It will calculate your totals and tell you what percentage you have completed towards your goal.
