So it does do graphs?  I tried it once but didn't see how I could get graphs there so I didn't go back.  I guess I better give it a closer look!  Thanks for the tip.

I found 3 logs on microsoft's site pertaining to marathon training. I found a couple on weight lifting, and a couple on calorie consumption weight loss tracking and nutrition. Scott Mostly I just use excel and set myself a goal, enter how many miles I have run etc etc. If you want this, I can send you a copy of it, I just need an email address to send it to. Just enter your goals, then daily log your miles.  It will calculate your totals and tell you what percentage you have completed towards your goal.

So you just downloaded those for excel from the website?  I never knew they had stuff like that!  I need to go check it out and see what I can find.  Thanks for the tip.  :-)
