I'm wiped out today.  I road my bike to work today, so that's about 45 minutes each way.  Then, tonight was my running club's weekly development run, so I did a 10K in just under an hour.   I was surprised that my legs still had any juice left for the run.  I'm thinking Wednesday should be a day of rest.
