Mondays Workout

30 minutes on the stationary bike, 30 minutes on the treadmill. 10 minutes enjoying the sauna. Ready to go back to bed now, but until I win the lotto, it's off to work. Scott

I did 11.5 miles today.  Of course I had to wait until it got hot to do it.  It was a nice cool morning.  Not so much in the early afternoon.

Spent most of the day with my dad, but I did finally get my recovery 3 mile run in. I thought about doing some swimming as well, but my legs are still tired from yesterday and I have a spin class early in the morning.  We'll see what happens tomorrow.  I do want to keep getting in the pool 3X/wk though, or I won't improve.
