45 minute body pump class. Eased up on the weight on the bar so I leave some strength in the legs for tomorrow.

Another tough 4-miler today.  My body is pretty tired.  I'm not used to running 3 days in a row, but that's what this new plan calls for.  I figure I'll get used to it in a week or two once I get more feet time. After the run I did a lovely Tai Chi Chih class.  It's a moving meditation, and it was fabulous and much needed relaxation for the mind as well as the body. Linn

30 minutes on the elliptical, 13 minute run, 2 minute cool-down. Some push-ups and bicycles for abs and stretching.

I did about a 400-500 yard open water swim. Followed by 3.1 mile run.. I will be going for a bike ride later tonight as well...

I had a strength training workout with my trainer and 30 minutes on the stationary bike.

4 mile brisk walk on work breaks. 6.3 miles on eliptical (more than my upcoming 5k races!)
