Another tough 4-miler today. My body is pretty tired. I'm not used to running 3 days in a row, but that's what this new plan calls for. I figure I'll get used to it in a week or two once I get more feet time.
After the run I did a lovely Tai Chi Chih class. It's a moving meditation, and it was fabulous and much needed relaxation for the mind as well as the body.
