Which exercises help with "Thunder Thighs?"
I still have quite a bit to lose but I'm most upset with the outside of my thighs, I was always big on the bottom but now it looks like my thighs are bigger than my hips....not a good look!
I would love to get some advice on this... I am just now really getting serious with exercise and I am not sure which exercises would target that area.
At this point, I'm thinking your best bet is just overall weight loss (it happens the way it happens) and overall cardio and toning. There's no way to really target specific areas for fat loss and unless you have a strength deficiency that you're working on, spot exercises really don't help.
The cardio work will both improve your cardiovascular health and assist in weight loss as long as you can keep your heart rate up for 30 minutes. Overall toning will help maintain muscle mass and strength. In the end, that's really all that matters.
