I'm so glad to hear the iron pills are helping! Sounds like you are doing great with the running.
Today I did 20 min on the stationary bike and a workout with my trainer. It was great!

Pool was closed today so we three swimming buddies went to my friend's doughboy pool and took a brisk water walk during my work break. I worked 12 hours today so I almost didn't do my bike workout but I'm reading a triathlon book and I was feeling too guilty to skip the workout so tonight I climed my tired hinder onto the stationary bike and rode 4 miles. I feel better now.
