Thursdays Workout
I ran 2 miles this morning. The iron pills have really helped out. Before I left out of the house, I had little motivation, but once I got started, my run felt really good. My run was almost effortless. I think by next week, I should increase the running segment by 10 secs for a full minute.

Without struggle, there is no progress.
Closing in on the end of recovery week. I did a 50-min spin class today followed by 20 min of upper body strength training.
Yesterday I also signed up for a local half marathon July 13. I shouldn't have too much trouble getting ready, though. I may take Saturday off and try for a long run on Sunday. This race is kind of a big deal here and is a certified course so I think there will be some coming to try to qualify for Boston. Should be a fun race.
