Father's Day Workout!
I was up at 6:45 today for a 10 miler. It was great since it was cool. I did the out and back cours in 1:45.00 while running a negative split where the back trip was up hill.

I did a 3 mile run. I wasn't up early enough, it was about 8:30 when I started and it was hot and humid here!

10 mile bike ride for me.
The new seat and handle bar adjustment has really paid off. I was very comfortable with the bike.
1. still need to get myself some gloves, it was cold enough that I had to stop at the halfway point and thaw out my fingers.
2. I had a spoke loosen up on me.
3. Must get spoke wrench and bicycle pump.
4. Wife says she wants a day where I don't tell her I need to spend more money
