2.5 mile walk/run.  today I was able to push just a touch harder than I have the last two times.  It felt really good!

I have worked 4 double shifts this week.  I am just trying to get through the night. I have been doing an hour of core and flexablity at work.

I couldn't figure out why my legs were so tired yesterday until I thought back on my week!   Duh! So, today I did a Tai Chi Chih class (they call it a moving meditation, it's fabulous for relaxation) and then sat in the hot tub and did some stretching.   I guess that makes today a rest day.   Linn

No (not when I'm by myself ), neither was the Tai Chi, but the stretching part was very good.  I really needed a rest day!  My legs and feet feel much better already. I did end up mowing my lawn, though.  It takes over an hour to do with my little push mower.  I'll call that strength training! Linn
