1 hour cardio (treadmill-running/walking, stationary bike & cross trainer) workout at the gym.  Don't know why, but am feeling exhausted lately, so didn't do as much as I would have liked.

Thursday I did about 2 miles total.  I did 5 1/4 mile runs at 7 minute pace.  I have not done speed for a while and wanted to go easy.
