I ran 2 miles this morning in 31 mins.  I felt good.  I am hoping to increase my running time to 1 min. by next week. I have to make an effort to try to get on my bike 3 times a week.  I really want to ride this summer.
Without struggle, there is no progress.

I did a 500 yard swim in the lake in preperation for my next triathlon.

And I just got back from a 6.3 mile run in about 56 minutes. I think this will be last long run before this weekends 10K. My plan is to do a 3-4 mile run each day before Saturday.

Did a spin class and a 20-min run (2.2 mi)  to test the new attire and one pair of shoes.  Could have run longer, but will do a speed workout tomorrow.  Planning on returning to do a swim this afternoon in the wetsuit so I'm not surprised at how it will feel on Saturday.      Linn

I'm not-so-patiently sitting on my butt waiting this "taper" out for my half marathon on Saturday.  It feels totally and utterly wrong NOT to go to the gym and not to run!  Ugh!   I might break down and take the bike out for a short ride tonight.  We'll see though. --Deanna  :)

Rode my brand new bike today!  I don't know how far but I went for 30 mins.  It was a hoot!

Bought myself a Walmart mountain-y type bike with an ENORMOUS seat to accomodate my "assets".    Super fun!
