Cool "Medical ID" Bracelet / Road ID

I have been running lately and found a cool medical id bracelet that is inexpensive and neat. I bought one and had my name, birthdate, home phone, emergency contacts (2), blood type, Blue Cross Member ID # and of course:  "No NG TUBE w/o SCOPE" put on it. https://www.roadid.com/common/default.aspx I will feel much more secure wearing it and it is easy to update at anytime.

Here I was thinking I was a hot shot by ordering dog tags - LOL. Nice link. Thanks, I might have to look into this. I'm a hiker and this would work great for me. Lots of useful info for the MT's.
