Yesterday was also my first 5K since running the Midnight Fun Run in Alaska in 1992. I was able to run the entire race and my wife and daughters were there to meet me at the end. When I registered on Friday I was able to request and receive 396(thanks Chad for the Idea). The young lady that registered me was a little perplexed at the request, and was really surprised when I told her it was what I used to weigh. Thanks for all of the motivation.
