First Biathlon

Linn, I thought the same thing.  It is funny because I have raised my seat the last two years and I think it still isn't high enough.  The bike I have is one I had before my surgery and between my stomach and fear of falling I never had the seat high enough.  Now, I have to realize that I am stronger and it is easier getting on and off the bike so I can have the seat higher.  I am going to raise it before I ride again.  I am hoping raising it will help my knee because I must be the only person whose knees don't bother them running but do hurt after biking.  Thanks for the observation!
