Exercise Help.

I need to know about what exercises to do to sculp the calfs and theighs.  I have been doing alot on the elliptical machine and it seems like the calfs and theighs have got bigger and that's not really what I want...I want to thin out. Thanks, Michelle

Michelle,   Do you use high resistance?  If you do, I'd cut it back and work on going faster rather than harder.  Other than that, I have no real advice.  I have always had large legs, but they are very toned and shapely.  I run and they stay big.  It's just in my genetics.  If you have very little fat on them, I don't think you have much to worry about.  Shapely legs are fabulous legs - regarless of their size.   Linn
