New here...what do you think about swimming to tone after wls??
Hi.... I am new to this board...2.5 months out of rny.....4 weeks out of Tummy Tuck....and for the first time I have this excitement about starting an exercise program....The results of the tummy tuck have made me "finally" realize I "can" actually get my normal looking body back!!! I have done little exercise since the surgery, other than walking..because of joint pain.....I went from a size 26/28 to a 4.....and now I want to tone as much as possible before my armlift and thighlift.....I have major joint problems.....Do you think swimming daily will actually help me tone ? It's the only exercise I could think of that did not put pressure on my knees........Thank you for your help.....!! Kim..
