Friday's Workout

I did a 2 mile run in 37 mins.  I would have gone faster, but I had abdominal cramps.
Without struggle, there is no progress.

Did a 60-min run; 20 min @ 6.5, 20 min @ 6.6, 20 min @ 6.7 for a total of 6.6 miles!  Linn

Hi - Friday was a rest day for me.  But...on Tuesday I ran 4 miles without stopping, Wednesday we had our first softball game and I got a base hit, and Thursday I ran 6 miles with just  1 1/2 minutes of walking!!!  Tomorrow we're doing a local 5k that has 1,800 runners - that should be fun!
