Hello. I was wondering if any of you have use fat burners (in addition to exercise) to aid with losing fat? Is it safe for those of us who've had wls (I'm 2 years post-op)? Just curious, thanks for any feedback.

To be honest, I've tried some of the higher end bodybuilding supplements.  Although I did see some results I did have some issues such as upset stomach and agitation.  Eventually my BP went up a bit too much for my comfort zone and I went off them.  I think you'll make much better, and longer lasting, gains with good, old-fashioned exercise and nutrition.

Thank you for the feedback.  I agree, I think it's better not to use pills/supplements but I was just wondering about it.
