Wednesday Workout
Hey guys,
Been lurking on this forum for a while, and so today decided to chime in.
Started working out again today, and here is where I stand.
20 minutes on the treadmill
10 minutes on the eliptical (2 split sessions)
60 situps w/50 lbs resistance (2 split sessions)
30 lateral pull downs 40 lbs weight
Not as great as it used to be, but I have to start over somewhere!!!
