I did a spin class this morning followed by a 30 minute run 10 min each at 6.5, 6.6, 6.7 for 3.3 total run miles.  Linn

3.58 mile run in about 34 minutes on a nice flat trail.   Cassie

Does packing count?  I spent 1 1/2 hours packing  and moving boxes around my apartment.  Other than that I took the day off to let my knee rest a bit.

I did a 30 min run up a hill on my lunchbreak with a 5 min warmup and cooldown.
Without struggle, there is no progress.

I did a 30 minute run to nowhere in particular.  I just ran around my area for about 30 minutes and it was kind of fun. I also did my pull workout.  Bis and back.
