Monday Workout

This evening I to a Power Yoga class for 60 minutes then did a 2.75 mile walk/run 2:2 in 40 minutes.  After a weekend off it felt good toget back to my regular workout!

Good workout Nicole. I did 10 minutes of light abs and 30 min walk during my lunch break at work. Earl

Thanks!  I may start sneaking in a walk during lunch as well, especially with it finally getting to be spring up here in Minnesota!

30 minutes easy bike; 10 minutes stretching before work 20 minutes walking at lunch 60 minutes relaxing massage after work; aaahh Cassie

Slow but hectic start to the week.  Got messed up on my normal routine.  I had a one-hour physical theraphy massage (the hamstrings are actually starting to stretch).  Ran four miles on the treadmill (35-minutes).  Finished up by impersonating a swimmer for 10 laps and jumping into the whirlpool.  Hopefully, today will be less hectic.
