Monday Workout
30 minutes easy bike; 10 minutes stretching before work
20 minutes walking at lunch
60 minutes relaxing massage after work; aaahh

Slow but hectic start to the week. Got messed up on my normal routine. I had a one-hour physical theraphy massage (the hamstrings are actually starting to stretch). Ran four miles on the treadmill (35-minutes). Finished up by impersonating a swimmer for 10 laps and jumping into the whirlpool. Hopefully, today will be less hectic.
