50 mile challenge

So kypdurran was good enough to revive the 50 mile challenge. I did up an spreadsheet to log miles for walking/running/biking/swimming You can set your goals for any of these areas and then track your progress. Here is a picture of the spreadsheet  If you want a copy, just send me a message with your email address and I'll mail a copy of it to you. The form is adjustable for the beginners or marathon runners, you can set your goal mileage to whatever you want, then just log your daily miles.  It should figure out totals and percentages for you.
