Marti - take it from a fellow Texan...YOGA IS YO FRIEND! It is so awesome.
There are different variations of yoga. I do a power yoga class in a heated room that is 85 degrees and it is power yoga which is constant cardio, versus poses.
It helps with my balance, my tone, my core, my aura, the way I feel. It is the easiest and most effective way, FOR ME, to improve my body composition in the funnest of workouts.
I highly recommend it!
